Boots

I ENROLLED IN 4SBC IN ALREADY PRETTY GOOD CARDIO SHAPE. WHAT I DIDN’T REALIZE WAS HOW POOR MY “CORE” FITNESS WAS. 4SBC HELPED ME TO FOCUS TRAINING ON MY CORE AND LEARN WAYS TO PUSH MY ENDURANCE AND GAIN STRENGTH THAT I HAD ASSUMED I WAS INCAPABLE OF AT MY AGE. I HAVE LOST MUCH, IF ANY, WEIGHT BUT HAVE NOTICABLY REARRANGED THE WEIGHT I HAVE. IN JUST 4 WEEKS I DECREASED MY WAIST SIZE AN INCH AND A HALF. THE ADDITIONAL WARDROBE COST WILL BE WELL WORTH IT!

I WAS VERY APPREHENSIVE ABOUT DOING THE BOOT CAMP AS I HAD NOT WORKED OUT IN MANY MANY MONTHS. YOU AND MICHAEL BOTH ACCOMODATED MY LACK OF BEING ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE OTHERS, WHICH HELPED ME FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE. YOU WERE BOTH ENCOURAGING TO ME. I STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO, BUT FEEL MUCH MORE CONFIDENT THAT I CAN GET BACK INTO SHAPE. I ALSO FEEL SO MUCH BETTER PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY.
IT WAS A GREAT BOOT CAMP…THANKS

In just 4 short weeks I feel much stronger and am able to do exercises I haven’t done since college! My energy level is much higher throughout the day and I look forward to keeping up this level of fitness.

Although I just had baby #2 seven weeks before the 1st day of boot camp, I was somewhat apprehensive about the program and what it could really do for me. Since I was 10 years old, I have been doing 2-a-day swim workouts / weight training or training for marathons / triathlons, I really went in with a questionable attitude about the program’s ability to help me, but I thought ‘why not give it a try, at least I can have an hour out of the day away from changing diapers and feeding babies’. During the 1st 2 weeks I came home sore in places I had never been sore before. Before the 3rd session, I told Jeremy I couldn’t run the day before because I was too sore from the 1st 2 workouts – he told me that was no excuse. My attitude quickly changed. This is a great program to tone and tighten all the right spots. After 3 weeks people started commenting that they could see a difference. After 4 weeks, I could really tell a difference - - can’t wait for the next session!

Boot Camp was hard for me at first. In this month I feel I have gotten in better shape quicker than any other program I have tried. I only wish I would have participated all winter.

Jeremy and Michael make a great team for coaching boot camp. Your differences in personalities complement each other. Thank you for enhancing my motivation to work out Hard. I have already seen results and am looking forward to the next program.

I was initially intimidated with the concept of “Boot Camp” and apprehensive about attending. However, it was an amazing experience and I will continue to tell everyone I know about it!! The trainers were awesome. Jeremy and Michael make an excellent team and bring a nice balance to our workouts.

I will definitely be attending and looking forward to the next 4 Seasons Boot Camp!!

Honestly, it was a lot of fun. Working closely with a group and seeing the progress/gains was rewarding. I enjoyed the challenge. Jeremy and Mike really kept the energy up and were fun/motivating. Thanks to you both!

My goal was to gain greater agility and to lose 10 pounds. Over the last 4 weeks I lost 7 pounds and can’t remember what I lost during the first 2 weeks. When I started the program I couldn’t jump at all and had great difficulty with the rope exercise. By the end I could do some of the jumping-type explosive movements and was much better with the forward rope movements. The side movements were improved although not as much as the forward ones. Also when I started I was taking at least 2 Advil per day and now I forget to take them so my level of pain has improved. I appreciated the support of the other people in the group who were always very encouraging and the atmosphere of the class was positive and fun.

It was hard work, but not too hard. Progress kind of snuck up on me – after 4 weeks I felt much stronger.

By the way, I wanted to say THANK YOU for all the time and effort you have put into helping me train. I am so happy the results are showing the way they are and I look forward to the future results of continued work. Getting back into physical shape has really been helping me mentally and in all facets of life.
You have managed to pick up on the fact that I do need some encouragement. But…you are helping to provide me with tools to self-encourage, which is even more helpful. So then I can help others self-encourage. This is good stuff and it means a lot that you will sacrifice the time.
